Yes. Gimaru integrates directly with Equity Bank's jenga API, allowing tenants to make payments via mobile devices or Equity Agents.
No. All revenues are credited directly to the landlord’s designated bank or M-PESA account. Gimaru does not handle, retain, or interfere with client funds.
Commission is settled at the end of each month in accordance with the signed contract between Gimaru and the landlord. The system is revenue-independent; commissions are transparently invoiced.
Gimaru provides immutable metadata logs, recording every action, user, and timestamp within the system. Any changes are fully traceable and transparent to the landlord.
