How is your pricing determined?
Our pricing is determined by a flexible, transparent calculator based on the
size and
complexity of your portfolio. Gimaru offers a comprehensive, executive-grade
system
designed to serve both large real estate portfolios and individual landlords.
Are you integrated with banks?
Yes. Gimaru integrates directly with Equity Bank's jenga API, allowing tenants
to make
payments via mobile devices or Equity Agents.
Does Gimaru have access to landlord funds?
No. All revenues are credited directly to the landlord’s designated bank or
M-PESA account.
Gimaru does not handle, retain, or interfere with client funds.
How does Gimaru earn its commission?
Commission is settled at the end of each month in accordance with the signed
contract
between Gimaru and the landlord. The system is revenue-independent; commissions
are
transparently invoiced.
What prevents tampering with rental records?
Gimaru provides immutable metadata logs, recording every action, user, and
timestamp
within the system. Any changes are fully traceable and transparent to the
landlord.
How will I know if a unit is vacant or occupied?
Our dashboard provides real-time alerts on all vacant units, expected rental
income, and
occupancy status. Additionally, Gimaru’s team conducts regular site audits to
ensure data
accuracy matches on-the-ground realities.
Where are you located?
Our head office is located along Ruiru Bypass, behind RFH Hospital, Ruiru.
However, our
services are available to landlords nationwide.
How secure is my data with Gimaru?
We employ enterprise-grade security protocols including encrypted databases,
secure APIs,
and access controls. Your data is protected against unauthorized access and is
never shared
with third parties — as per our strict data protection policies outlined in our
agreements.
